Utility services work intended to connect 30,000 people to piped water on the islands of Upolu and Savaii:
- Installation of 150 km of cast iron and PVC pipes
- Installation of 15 reservoirs and 6 surface water treatment plants (20 – 60 m3/h)
- Rehabilitation of some twenty boreholes
